Dr Husam Ouda is a heart expert with long standing experience in the USA and more recently here in the UAE. He has served as chairman of Internal Medicine and Head of Cardiology in Tawam Hospital in Al Ain before joining Imperial College London Diabetes Centre in 2015.
He has experience in interventional cardiology, the branch of heart medicine that deals specifically with the catheter based treatment of structural heart diseases and which allows the patient to avoid scars and long post-operative recovery.
In particular, Dr Husam is experienced in heart attack intervention.
