Dr. Ibrahim Itani joined SKMC in 2005. Prior to that he worked with the Ministry of Health in Al Jazeera Hospital during the period 1995 – 2005 as specialist in Anesthesia and Critical Care. Worked in Tawam Hospital as Senior Registrar 1993 – 1995. Worked in the Central Military Hospital in Beirut 1989 - 1993 as Specialist Anesthesia and Intensive Care.
