Dr. Pranjali is incredible, very lovely to speak with during appointments and had handled my surgery very well. She made sure that i don't have to worry with anything. She clearly explained everything to me in a friendly and professional manner. It's rare to find a doctor with a personal touch and most all with genuine care for the patient. Highly recommended. Also, Nurses and other staff from the 3rd floor were also amazing. They took good care of me during my confinement days. Thank you everyone. Cheers!

Friendly. Respectful. Top Medical Professionals. I had my L5/S1 Spine Surgery here on 17th January 2023. I and my family are extremely happy how the Surgery went. Right from the start (in mid December 2022) when I started consulting the Neurosurgeon (Dr. Fadel - a kind, friendly and professional gentleman with over 40 years of experience in various Hospitals of Dubai). I was treated with alot of respect and freindiless by the staff of this hospital. I don't remember all the names but I foremost want to thank the Nurses - Ms. Huda, Ms. Rahmah and others at the counter of the 1st floor. Thank you for all your efforts. Thankyou to Mr. Suhail at the billings section for coordinating with my Insurance to get my surgery approved. Thankyou Dr. Tushar (Anesthesia) and all other doctors, nurses and caregivers, (and even the food catering staff) who took care of me, pre and post surgery. Sorry I don't remember all the names. Thankyou to the admin staff (Mr. Andrew amongst others) who used to dilligently follow up and send me reminders for my appointments. Thankyou to the Pharmacy staff to come to my ward post surgery and explain to me the medication intakes. Thankyou Dr. Fadel again. Thanks to you, the surgery was a success Alhumdullilah. I would highly recommend anyone who is having any Spine/Lower Back/Disc/Neurology related issues to come and consult with Dr. Fadel. God Bless you all.
