He always spends a lot of time with his patients prior to the surgery so that he can explain his goals. Dr Keith Robertson removed a cist from my neck. I had surgery phobia, and was going around with a huge cist, had never done a surgery. He was so professional, caring, explaining like to a child the whole process. He has the best hands on earth. Thank you Doc!
