Kelly Marcisz

Kelly Marcisz is a highly qualified clinical psychologist with 7 years of experience in dealing with a variety of both serious and everyday mental health problems. She is proficient in numerous modes of therapy and has worked in different clinical settings including public and private hospitals, community clinics, universities, schools and in her own private practice. Kelly’s experience includes both clinical therapy as well as clinical supervision.

Kelly is registered with the Health Professions Board of South Africa (HPCSA) and completed her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Witwatersrand University in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Moreover, Kelly received specialized training and work experience in various different fields of clinical work including but not limited to:

• Parent-infant psychotherapy
• Interpersonal psychotherapy
• Equine-assisted psychotherapy
• Dialectial-Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness training
• Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Kelly’s therapeutic work with her clients is built on the idea that a safe, supportive, and confidential space will allow individuals to speak freely and ultimately assist them to work towards their personal therapeutic goals.
