Maha Saied Ahmed El-Dohemy

Dr. Maha Saied Ahmed El-Dohemy completed her MBBCh at Ain Shams University, Egypt in 1994. Then, she received her Master's Degree in Pediatrics from the same university in 1999. Dr. Maha is qualified with Basic Cardiac Life Support and Advanced Pediatric Life Support, and is trained for a Neonatal Resuscitation Program by the Saudi American Heart Association, American Academy of Pediatrics in 2011. She worked as a Specialist - Pediatrics in a private hospital in Abu Dhabi in 2010.

Overall, Dr. Maha's medical practice in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and UAE has solidified her professional experience in handling neonatal intensive care including neonatal resuscitation and procedures, neurological problems, neonatal jaundice and exchange transfusion, Apnoeic attacks, respiratory tract disorder among others. During the span of her career, Dr. Maha has managed pediatric intensive care cases such as Diabetic ketoacidosis, heamolytic crisis, severe gastroenteritis with dehydration, seizures, hypotonic and muscle weakness, infective endocardities, rheumatic heart disease, nephrotic syndrome, and congenital heart disease to name a few.
