Maher Michail Morcos (Reviews) Pediatrician

Dr. Maher Michail Morcos completed his MBBCh at Cairo University, Egypt in 1982, his Master's Degree (MSc in Pediatrics) at the same university in 1987, then his PhD (Childhood Studies) at Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 1993. In 1995, he was recognized as an Exemplary Physician by the Physicians' Syndicate in Egypt and in 1998, he was awarded a Post-Doctoral Research Fellowship in United Kingdom by the Egyptian Government.

Prior to moving to UAE in 2007, Dr. Maher was affiliated with Italian Hospital, Egypt and King Khalid General Hospital, KSA. Moreover, he was appointed as a Research Professor at the National Research Center in Egypt, where he authored 23 articles, 4 of which were published in international journals. Dr. Maher's field of interest includes Pediatrics and Neonatology.

Three years later, he represented Egypt in the course discussion of “Infectious Disease Medicine” in Tokyo, Japan, organized by the Japan International Cooperation Agency. Due to his great care for guests, Dr. Maher was highly acknowledged in a published letter of honor and gratitude by the Director General of Health, KSA in 2005.
