Dr. Mohamad El Shmoury

Mohamad El Shmoury is the IVF Laboratory Director at Fakih IVF Dubai and has worked with Dr. Michael Fakih since 1997 in Lebanon, the United States and the UAE. Mohamad’s experienced way of handling delicate embryos has enabled him to contribute to a highly successful IVF laboratory and being the driving force for high success rates at Fakih IVF. He holds the designation of Embryology Laboratory Director (ELD) and Technical Supervisor (TS) certifications from the American Board of Bioanalysis in Embryology and Andrology. His areas of interest include preimplantation genetic diagnosis and oocyte vitrification.

Education:

Mohamad earned a Master of Science degree from the American University of Beirut and holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Embryology and Andrology from Eastern Virginia Medical School, USA.

He co-authored articles that are published in international scientific Journals. Also authored and co-authored many abstracts and presented in international scientific meetings and workshops.
