Her in-depth knowledge and extensive experience includes, but is not limited to, managing patients coping with anxiety disorders, learning disorders, psychotic and mood disorders, eating disorders, grief and loss, depression, marital problems, family problems, and ADHD as well as substance abuse disorders. Dr. Hassan came to Dubai from St. Louis, Missouri, USA, where she has resided and worked for 30 years. She was Medical Director of the Metropolitan St. Louis Psychiatric Centre and is an Associate Clinical Professor for the Department of Psychiatry at St. Louis University in Missouri. She has co-authored numerous publications in her field and has been a speaker at various Psychiatric Symposia.
