It has undergone expansions to keep up with the growth in population and increase in patient numbers. It is a JCI accredited hospital since October 2007.
Rashid Hospital provides emergency, in-patient and out-patient services to patients. The hospital is one of busiest in the region, as it is highly recognized for its specialized trauma and emergency care services and receives patients not only from Dubai but also from the Northern Emirates with 68 bed emergency department and considered the major disaster facility for Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
Health cards and Medical Reports: We provide the patients with services that includes booking appointments, issuing and renewing health cards. We also receive requests for preparation of personal medical reports and reports once requested
Customer Relations Section: Our primary aim is to efficiently co-ordinate all public relations activities. The customer relations section is committed to provide the best as well as timely solution to customers who seek assistance. This is attained by co-coordinating and communicating between customers and the administration, understanding and solving customer problems and complaints.
Social Services Unit: Social services unit supports patients and their families in line with the laws and regulations of the country. Social services workers are dedicated to making the lives of patients better and brining a smile to their face. They work with various organizations including charities to help patients in need.

I went to emergency section of Rashit hospital since my situation was bad, all the nurses and doctors were so close to me from the first moment. I was under the team of Abubaker Al-madani in neurologist section, I will never forget Mariam nurse in emergency section and all the nurses in general were so professional and kind like members of your family. The doctors team was everyday checking on me and talking for sometime to discover how the problem was created. Dr. Maryam Al Obeidli was my favor one, a doctor with a warm personality who can change your siocological attitude in two minutes by examining you in parallel and advising you what to do. I thank her very much , and all the doctors who participated to come back to normal so fast. I really congratulate the hospital for its organization, food, staff , I really enjoyed it being with all of you but I wish I will never come back to bother you again!!!!
