Samar Gul Afridi

Dr. Samar Gul Afridi has 15 years of work experience in Pediatrics, including 8 years in Neonatology. He received his MBBS from Peshawar University, Pakistan in 1997, then got his Diploma in Child Health from Quaid Azam University, Pakistan in 2000. He became a member of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health, UK in 2008 and is one step away from his Post-Graduate Diploma in Diabetes at Leicester University, UK.

Dr. Samar has been practicing as a Specialist in Pediatrics and Neonatology in various government and private hospitals within Abu Dhabi for 8 years. He has worked with internationally known Consultants in many tertiary level hospitals and is certified on resuscitation programs such as Basic Life Support, Pediatrics Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program. Dr. Samar's focus is on Pediatrics and Neonatology, with special interest in Diabetes and Obesity.
