Saptagirish Rambhatla

Dr. Saptagirish Rambhatla is a Specialist Ophthalmologist / Orbit and Oculoplasty Surgeon with more than 13 years of clinical and surgical experience in the field. After completing his Diplomate National Board post-graduate degree in India in 2000, he trained in Orbit and Oculoplastics at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. He also completed a short-term fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology at RP Center, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, India.

He is the first Ophthalmologist to obtain an Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata in 2010. During his ophthalmic practice, he became a Consultant in various hospitals in India: Sankara Nethralaya in Chennai, Sankara Eye Hospitals in Coimbatore, and Disha Eye Hospitals in Kolkata. To his credit, he has authored, co-authored, and presented approximately 100 articles in his field, published in his home country and in Singapore. He has tutored post-graduate students in Ophthalmology and trained fellows in Orbit and Oculoplasty.

Dr. Saptagirish is well-experienced in handling ophthalmic plastic, reconstructive, and cosmetic procedures, botox injections, and pediatric ophthalmology. He is specially skilled in advanced phacoemulsification techniques for cataract. He is an active member of All India Ophthalmic Society, Oculoplastics Association Of India, and the Asia Pacific Society for Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
