Upon opening in 2008, Mediclinic City Hospital was the first multi-disciplinary hospital in Dubai Healthcare City. As a state-of-the-art healthcare facility, it has continued to dominate Dubai’s healthcare landscape in terms of the quality of its medical staff, the breadth of services it offers and the standard of equipment it operates. With 280 beds, Mediclinic City Hospital can accommodate patients with a wide range of individual health requirements. The hospital has an extensive outpatient department, 27 neonatal beds, 27 ICU beds, six operating rooms plus three day care surgery units, one Caesarean section operating theatre, two cardiac catheterisation labs, endoscopy suites, emergency department, labour and post-natal wards, 24 hour pharmacy and an advanced radiology department. The North Wing, which opened in September 2016, is additionally home to the Comprehensive Cancer Centre, Dubai’s most advanced oncology facility, extended dialysis unit, a rehabilitation and physiotherapy unit and orthotics/prosthetics services.

Mediclinic City Hospital has sourced the most advanced medical technology available globally, including PET/CT, CT and 3T MRI. In addition, we offer digital mammography for the most accurate breast cancer checks, a digital bone densitometer for efficient osteoporosis assessment as well as a digital catheterisation laboratory, a full on-site pathology laboratory, conventional radiology and ultrasound facilities.
