Dr. Shazia Akbar is a Consultant Pediatrician with over 20 years of experience in the United States. A Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics, she completed her Residency training in Pediatrics from Montefiore Medical Center Hospital of Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. Dr Akbar has been involved in research project in pediatric literacy promotion in NY. She has developed clinical system of care for Asthma.
