Designated as Mother Baby Friendly, Corniche provides full spectrum care ranging from family-centered, consultant-led low risk obstetrics to complex services for mothers and newborns requiring obstetric and fetal medicine, as well as level 4 neonatal intensive care.

The normal pregnancy experience is led by our team of highly trained consultant obstetricians, in partnership with our experienced midwives, anesthesiologists, lactation consultants, nurses, allied health and educators. Whether the mother needs educational or breastfeeding support or pain management, we have the expert team available.

In addition to this team for the high risk or complex patients we have Obstetric Medicine, Fetal Medicine, CAP accredited Blood Bank, advanced imaging, specialized anesthesiologists, midwives and nurses, working closely together to assure the safest possible care for mother and baby.

Linda Anne Clark is Corniche Hospital's Chief Executive Officer. Linda brings to Corniche a vision of healthcare excellence with over 30 years of Hospital Administration experience behind her.

Prior to joining to Corniche, Linda has worked in senior executive positions in large integrated healthcare systems in the United States and Abu Dhabi.

Linda has a Bachelor's of Science in Education from Miami University as well as a Master's in Healthcare Administration and a Master's in Business Administration from Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Dr. Paul Bosio (CMO) graduated from the Dublin in 1991 and undertook his postgraduate training in obstetrics and gynaecology in Ireland and the United Kingdom. He has been a Member and then Fellow of the RCOG since 1998 and was awarded a Doctorate in Medicine from University College Dublin in 2001 for his thesis Maternal Central Haemodynamics & Vascular Endothelial Function in the Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy. He is a member of the British Maternal & Fetal Medicine Society since 1999 and the MacDonald UK Obstetric Medicine Society since 2003, as well as a former UK regional advisor for APEC.

More recently, Dr. Bosio held senior clinical management posts in the NHS before he moved to Corniche Hospital, Abu Dhabi, taking over as Chief Medical Officer in 2013.

Dr. Bosio has widely recognized special interests and expertise in maternal medicine and high risk obstetrics as well as perinatal risk management and service redesign in women’s health care.
