Dr. Malini Sharma

Dr Malini Sharma is a British born consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with over 22 years of experience in her field, having trained and worked in the London region, including holding a consultant post in West London prior to coming to the UAE.

She undertook her research in fibroids and minimal access surgery at the Royal Free Hospital in London. Her postgraduate training was also in the west London area and she completed advanced specialist training in early pregnancy and gynaecology ultrasound, hysteroscopic surgery and labour ward management. She also undertook training in high risk obstetrics and maternal medicine, as well as colposcopy and cervical health.

She is a member of the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy, British Menopause Society and the BSCCP.

Malini has been in the UAE for over five years and developed a well regarded obstetrics and gynaecology service at another private healthcare provider in ABu Dhabi before joining the Mediclinic team.
