She has in depth experience of working with UAE nationals, other Arab expatriates & various other nationalities.

She is the Head of Department NMC Bloom (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) at NMC Specialty Hospital, Dubai since 2009. She is responsible for starting the Mama Care Program (Maternal Education for expecting women and post-natal care) for expecting mothers in our hospital. She has attended various international conference & workshops. She has handled complicated cases in Obstetrics and has managed many preterm deliveries, high risk, complicated pregnancies and pregnancies with previous 3 or more cesareans.

She also performs routine gynecological surgeries like vaginal & abdominal hysterectomies, Tubal and ovarian procedures.

She has undergone training in operative Hysteroscopy & Laparoscopy form the Centre of Excellence for Minimal Access Surgery Training in India. She is also skilled in Colposcopy.

She has special interest in management of high risk pregnancies and Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgeries

Dr Babitha Shetty is a very good doctor and she is very friendly. she is different from other doctors she is ready to her from us and then only she is treating. In my Dubai life i have seen around 7 Gynec in leading hospitals and clinic myself and my wife is only satisfied with Dr. Babitha only, her way of talking, treatment etc is very good i strongly recommend her.

I agree with all of the above comments about her. As i am getting a treatment for endometerosis and found that her grip is very strong and she has a vast knowledge of ovarian cysts. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

i totally agree with you. Ihave also had an excellent experience with Dr. Babita shetty. Her attitude, personality & her pleasing nature is really appreciable. Ihad a complicated pregnancy, but Dr. Shetty really took care of me & delivered my baby right on time. Thanks to her for making my pregnancy & delivery so smooth & a pleasant one.

Dr. Babita Shetty is the best doctor in Dubai. I had been to various Gynec in Dubai, but found Dr. Babita to be very comfortable. These days to find Doctors like Dr. Babita is really hard. She is treating me for endometerosis, she had done laproscopy surgery recently (2013) and I feel much better. Her way of talking is very pleasing which makes anyone feel very comfortable. Her knowledge on her speciality is superb. I recommed this doctor to any women who would like to be treated by the best and confident doctor in town.
