Dr. Abdulrahman Abed

Dr. Abulrahman Al Abed has graduated from Damascus university-Syria in 1983, followed with a Master Degree in Radio-diagnosis from ministry of higher education in 1986. He has a wealth of experience in the management of all kinds of general radio-diagnosis and reporting including the Conventional Radiology, Fluoroscopy, Ultrasound, CT-Scan of the whole body, MRI of Brain, Spine, and Knees, Doppler Ultrasound, Breast Imaging etc. with more than 30 years of experience in the field of Radio-diagnosis in well-known hospital in Dubai.

Dr. Abdulrahman is the Chief Radiologist at Emirates Hospital since 2003, handling all the radiological, technical and administrative work of all Department with full support to the other branches of the group at Marina, Dubai, Abu Dhabi etc. Dr. Abdulrahman has special training in MRI head and Spine from the Central Hospital of Birmingham (UK) 1996. Special training in Digital fluoroscopy from Liverpool which was sponsored by GE in 1998. Special training in 4D Ultrasound through course at (VISUS) in Vienna I 2005. High interest in Doppler Ultrasound and Breast Imaging. High experience in all CT-Scan procedures. He was chief radiologist for post-graduated radiologist in Damascus University at Al-Mouwasat University Hospital in 1985.
