With a warm smile and a calm chairside manner, I’m Dr. Ayesha Najam a passionate and experienced general & aesthetic dentist currently based in Dubai and actively exploring exciting clinical opportunities in the UAE healthcare space.

I hold a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from People’s College of Dental Sciences, Bhopal, India (2017). Over the past 9+ years, I have built a reputation as a meticulous, compassionate, and patient-first dentist blending art and science to design smiles that are not only functional but naturally aesthetic.

In my previous practice in Bhopal, I handled a diverse patient base and a wide range of treatments including:

• Smile designing & digital mockups
• Full mouth rehabilitation
• Aesthetic composite restorations
• Root canal treatments (single and multi-rooted teeth)
• Crown & bridge prosthetics
• Extractions and minor oral surgeries
• Pediatric dentistry and preventive care

I also pursued advanced training in Smile Design and Cosmetic Restorations in Mumbai, India, which further honed my eye for detail and facial harmony. I strongly believe that dentistry is not just about teeth, it’s about confidence, self-esteem, and quality of life. That’s why my treatment philosophy centers around minimal intervention, pain-free procedures, and long-term outcomes.

I’m known to be especially good with anxious patients and children. I make it a point to explain every step, provide a comforting environment, and deliver a relaxed experience. I often say:

Current Status

I’m now based in Dubai, UAE, and my DHA license is currently under process. I am open to full-time, part-time, or locum dental roles in reputable clinics or hospitals in Dubai and the surrounding Emirates.

As I transition into the UAE dental ecosystem, I’m excited to bring my global perspective, soft skills, and clinical expertise to a modern and patient-centric practice. I’m keen on joining a team that values quality, ethics, continuous learning, and innovation and one where I can also grow alongside great mentors or collaborators.
