Dr. Dalia Khalife

Dr. Dalia Khalife joined First IVF as a Specialist in Reproductive Medicine and Infertility – Obstetrics & Gynecology. She has extensive experience in managing patients with infertility. She tailors the treatment according to the latest evidence-based medicine. Her experience includes the management of female and male infertility, ovulation induction, ovarian stimulation for IVF cycles, IUI, transvaginal and abdominal egg retrievals, embryo transfer, diagnostic and operative hysteroscopies, 3D ultrasound, and fertility-sparing laparoscopic surgeries.

Dr. Dalia completed a 4-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, followed by a 2-year fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the same institution. Upon completion of her fellowship, she pursued 8 months of training in fertility preservation and onco-fertility at the Assisted Conception Unit at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital in London where she was active in research and clinical care.

During her training, Dr. Dalia received multiple awards and presented in multiple national and international meetings. Her interest in research has granted her oral presentations in distinguished meetings such as the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE). Her project about fertility preservation in cancer survivors was presented recently at ESHRE and was featured in multiple medical journals in the UK. She has also published more than 15 articles, 6 book chapters in peer-reviewed journals and has multiple submitted and ongoing studies. She also holds a masters in Clinical Embryology from the University of Leeds, UK. Dr. Dalia is a member of European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE), British Fertility Society (BFS), Lebanese Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (LSOG), Lebanese International Fertility (LIFE).
