Dr. Frea Ramzi Perdawood

Dr. Frea is expert in Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Breast Surgery. She only performs breast surgery and offers all aspects of breast cancer surgery, cosmetic surgery and implant based reconstruction surgery.

Dr. Frea has more than 23 years of experience as a physician. She received her basic medical degree (M.B.CH. B) from University of Salahaddin, Iraq (1997). She completed her academic degree (MD) in Denmark in 2003 then obtained the Danish board in General surgery (2014). As a part of her training program, she went for oncoplastic breast fellowship at Plastic and Breast Surgical department, Odense University Hospital (OUH), a tertiary high specialized department and the Plastic and Breast Surgical Clinic, Rigshospitalet (The Royal Danish Hospital), the largest and the most highly specialized hospital in Denmark.

Since 2014, Dr. Frea appointed as senior consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon and performed more than 2000 breast and axillary operations including oncoplastic and reconstructive breast surgery, at the Plastic and Breast Surgical Clinic, Zealnad University Hosptal one of the Denmark’s and Scandinavians largest breast cancer center with highly specialized treatment modalities for all type of breast cancer and breast disease. She obtained the certificate of completion of specialty in breast oncoplastic and reconstructive surgery training by the Danish Breast Surgical Association (DBKS).

Dr. Perdawood attended various specialized trainings in breast cosmetic and oncoplastic, breast reconstruction surgery and correction of post lumpectomy defects at Clínica Universidad de Navarra (CUN) in Spain, an academic medical centre in association with ESSO the European Society of surgical oncology.
