Dr. Georgios Kapsas

Dr Georgios Kapsas is a Consultant in Neuroradiology and specialises in head and neck radiology. His medical expertise lies in advanced imaging of the central nervous system, with considerable experience in imaging of epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, neuro-oncology, neuro-degenerative disease, neuro-ophthalmological disorders, and inner ear pathology.

Dr Kapsas earned his MD and his MSc degree in Medical Informatics and Imaging from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. He completed his residency in General Radiology in busy University Hospitals in Greece and Italy. He completed his fellowship in Neuroradiology and Head and Neck Radiology at the Erasmus University Medical Centre in the Netherlands. After following the European Society of Neuroradiology’s complete curriculum and completing the final examination, he was awarded the European Diploma in Neuroradiology in 2016.

He has multiple publications in eminent international journals and has been a reviewer for the ePOS section of the European Congress of Radiology for multiple consecutive years.
