Professional Experience

• Over 15 years’ experience in different subspecialties of paediatrics at Cairo University's hospitals- the oldest educational and medical hospitals and the largest in Egypt and the Middle East.
• More than 10 years of professional and unique clinical experience as a Paediatric specialist at Cairo University Hospitals.
• Worked as IBCLC and lecturer in the certificate program of lactation management at Cairo university hospitals.
• Study team leader in the research protocol of surveillance for hospital-acquired respiratory and diarrheal infections at selected hospitals in Egypt and Jordan in collaboration with NAMRU3 and Cairo University hospitals.
• Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certified by American Heart Association.

Credentials

• Graduate in Faculty of Medicine from Cairo University in 1999, Master degree in paediatrics from Cairo University in 2005 and certified in International Board of Certified Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLCE) in 2005.
