Dr. Khawla M. Belhoul

Dr. Khawla M. Belhoul is a Fellow of The Royal College of Physicians UK, and a consultant hematologist with more than 25 years’ experience in hematology at Dubai Health Authority. Dr. Belhoul worked at Rashid Hospital hematology unit between 1992 and 2006 and after 14 years of substantial general hematology practice, she moved to Dubai Thalassemia center as a center director and consultant hematologist. Her clinical and research interests between 2006 to 2019 became more focused on benign blood disorders and Hemoglobinopathies.

Dr. Belhoul has participated in many international trials and has authored and co-authored several articles published in international peer-reviewed journals. She was key speaker in many national and regional conferences.
