Dr. Maria Theresa Reyes

Dr Maria Theresa B Reyes is a Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist, who specialises in the care of babies across gestation from 23 weeks to term. She’s trained in some of the world’s most highly regarded medical establishments and has dedicated over 13 years to neonatal intensive care.

Dr Reyes graduated from the College of Medicine (University of Manilla), ranking in the top six of the graduating class. After this, she undertook a three-year paediatric residency, followed by a three-year neonatal fellowship at the University of the Philippines. Then, in 2002, she completed her CCT in paediatrics in the UK.

Patient care is a top priority to Dr Reyes. She adopts a holistic approach and believes that every patient deserves the best treatment possible. Dr Reyes also recognises the importance of working in a multidisciplinary team, and the vital role that everyone plays in ensuring the care and safety of the patients. Compassion, competence, excellence and empathy are always her main focus.

When she’s not at the hospital, Dr Reyes enjoys relaxing with her family. She’s also a keen baker and loves trying out new recipes.
