Dr. Milos Pavlovic

Dr. Milos is an academic medical dermatologist with a special interest in the diagnosis and management of venous diseases. In addition to his vascular interest, he manages a broad range of skin diseases including the management of skin cancers.

Having graduated from the Medical School of the University of Belgrade, Serbia in 1995, Dr Pavlovic then went on to pursue a PhD in Immunology. He became board-certified in dermatology in 1998. Since then he has established himself as a European authority in dermatology, venereology and phlebology. His long list of experience and qualifications include his positions as Professor of Dermatology and Consultant Dermatologist at the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade (University of Defence), Institute of Mother and Child Health in Belgrade, University Medical Center in Ljubljana (Slovenia) and Faculty of Medicine, University of Maribor, Slovenia.

Further, Dr. Milos spent some time practicing at the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough in the UK, and then the University of Colorado Cancer Center in the US.

Dr. Milos has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed papers, professional guidelines and book chapters in the field of immunology, dermatology and phlebology. His long list of memberships and associations include the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, American Academy of Dermatology, British Association of Dermatologists amongst several others. Dr. Milos was also the founder and first President of the Slovenian Phlebologic and Lymphologic Society, where he is now Vice President.

Dr. Milos believes it his responsibility to remain an ongoing medical academic, keeping himself up-to-date in his areas of medical expertise, so as to offer the best possible diagnosis and treatment to his patients.
