Qualifications
Dr. Ayas obtained his PhD in Audiology from Manipal University after completing his Master’s degree in Audiology and SLP from the same university. He also earned his Doctor of Audiology (AuD) from University of Florida.

Experience
Certified Senior Audiologist with extensive experience in various multispecialty hospitals. Ayas believes in combining latest technology with patient centered approach to provide quality care to all his patients. Ayas has vast experience in pediatric hearing evaluation and hearing aid fitting and commendable experience in cochlear implants technology. He has been trained in cochlear implants at Austria, India, and Switzerland. He is also well versed in hearing aid fitting for geriatric population with all the hearing aid brands.

Ayas is involved in teaching and training the medical students about the basics of audiology and auditory physiology. He was a Senior Audiologist at Manipal Hospital and a faculty member – Assistant professor training students in Audiology at Manipal University India for 4 years.

Ayas has published his work in international journals and presented his experience in several local and international Audiology conferences at London, Austria, and New Zealand etc.
