Dr. Mustafa Ahmed graduated from Kings College, London and trained in Nephrology at the world renowned Middlesex Institute of Nephro-Urology attached to the Kings College Hospital, and at Guys and St Thomas's Hospital which is one of the largest transplant centres in the UK.

He is a nephrologist consultant at Mediclinic Welcare and City Hospitals which together have the largest private dialysis centre in the UAE and are tertiary centres for nephrology, fully equipped to manage complex renal failure and dialysis. He is responsible for the overall care of transplant patients and for the assessment and treatment of primary and secondary referrals of general nephrology patients.
