Dr. Paulo A. Escobar Rincon

Dr Paulo A. Escobar Rincon is an Otolaryngology specialist with more than 15 years of experience and a Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, Diplomate of the International Board for Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (IBCFPRS).

He received his medical degree (M.D) from Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. He then completed his residency in Otolaryngology and Cervicofacial Pathology at the Mostoles University Hospital in Madrid, Spain, and subsequently a Fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery, at CES University, in Bogota, Colombia, a leading facial plastic surgery training program in Latin America. Furthermore, he became a Diplomate of the International Board for Certification in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (Washington D.C., United States).

Dr Escobar has a keen interest in teaching and was professor of the CES University Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship for more than 10 years, besides being founder and chairman of the Bogota Hands-on Rhinoplasty Course since 2018. He is also an author and a reviewer of the Aesthetic Surgery Journal and he continues his active involvement in teaching by regularly speaking in international congresses, courses and webinars in the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

In addition, for the last decade, Dr Paulo is been internationally renowned for his nose surgery techniques (e.g. ethnic nose, male nose, etc. ) and for being one of the best surgeons to fix complex reconstructive rhinoplasty cases.
