Dr. Priya Sreekumaran Nair

Dr. Priya graduated in Medicine from Trivandrum Medical College. She obtained her DCH from Kottayam Medical College, DNB (Paediatrics) from SAT hospital Medical College Trivandrum and MRCPCH from RCPCH, UK. She has successfully completed her post graduate diploma in Endocrinology and Diabetes from Queen Mary University, London.

Dr. Priya Sreekumaran Nair has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Paediatrics. Including 6 years in UAE. She has worked as teaching faculty in the Department of Paediatrics, Sree Gokulam Medical College, Trivandrum before moving to UAE. She worked as Specialist Pediatrician at Dr. Sunny Medical Centre, Sharjah and Al Zahra Medical Centre, Dubai before joining NMC hospital, Deira.

She sees children and adolescents with pediatric problems. Her particular areas of interest are pediatric endocrine disorders including growth and thyroid disorders. She has done research on congenital hypothyroidism and obesity in children and has also published a cardinal paper on transient congenital hypothyroidism in India.
