Dr. Rajani Somappa

Dr. Rajani Somappa did her DNB (Radiodiagnosis) from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, Kerala. Further completed FRCR at Royal College of Radiologists and M. Med at National University of Singapore.

She worked as Senior consultant Radiologist and later on as Head of Department at Yashoda Super Specialty hospital, Somajiguda, Hyderabad. She was involved in Doing extensive General reporting in various imaging modalities including USG, Doppler, MDCT, 1.5T and 3.0T MRI, Digital and MR Mammography, Fluoroscopy guided procedures.

Dr. Rajani developed vast experience in Neuroimaging by reporting Cerebral Angiography and Perfusion CT and MR studies, Tumour Imaging and doing various interventions like percutaneous CT guided vertebral Biopsies. She had chaired many national and local conferences.
