Dr. Sheena Lakhani

Sheena is an Optometrist with 9 years' experience practicing across distinguished eye centers in the United Kingdom and in Dubai.

Sheena examines, diagnoses, and treats eye disease and vision disorders. She tests vision and prescribes glasses, including single vision, bifocals and varifocals, contact lenses, or eye exercises if needed. Sheena works with low vision, diabetic and glaucoma patients in addition to practicing general Optometry. Her other interests include working closely with the Ophthalmologist in assisting with pre and post- refractive surgery consultations. Her eye exams go beyond just checking for clear vision. She checks all aspects of the visual system to ensure her patients have the necessary visual ability to succeed at work and in the classroom.

In addition to clinical practice, Sheena has a huge interest in teaching and has conducted workshops on refraction and has presented papers in international conferences. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science, BSc. (Hons) Optometry from the City University, London, England and is a member of The College of Optometrists, United Kingdom.
