Dr. Sushant S Shetty

Dr. Sushant Shetty, BDS, MSc, graduated, from the prestigious Government Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai in the year 1991 and following which he has completed his Postgraduate Specialization, MSc in Restorative and Esthetic Dentistry from the University Of Manchester, UK, in 2014, has to his credit, an experienced general dental clinical practice for about 25 years, more than 18 years of which has been in the UAE serving in leading quality driven JCI Accredited healthcare delivery hospitals in Sharjah and Dubai.

Dr. Sushant has an MBA (Health Care sciences) and PGDTQM and is currently actively pursuing his Dental Implant course from AAID (USA).

Dr. Sushant has served in the post of an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Government Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai during his initial years of clinical practice before coming to the UAE.

Dr. Sushant brings along with him a wealth of experience in treating all cases related to General Dentistry and has special interest in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry, treating routine and challenging restorative cases such as composite restorations (fillings) of diseased carious teeth, Ceramic Crowns, Ceramic Laminates(Veneers), Composite veneers, Bleaching of teeth (office and home bleaching systems), Ceramic Inlays and Onlays, Post-Core Crown Restorations, rehabilitation of worn out dentition and does routine gum and periodontal procedures.​

Dr. Sushant has special interest in treating challenging fixed restorative prosthetic cases like fixed partial denture (bridges /crowns) , rehabilitation of worn out dentition,and removable partial denture restorations for edentulous (lost tooth/teeth) cases and smile designing aspects.

He deals adequately with routine paediatric cases in the age group of 5yrs to 12yrs, which include paediatric fillings, pulp therapies, pit fissure sealants, fluoride therapy and deciduous tooth extraction cases.

Dr. Sushant is an active member of the Indian Dental Association and also of the Emirates Medical Association.
