Dr. Yahya Kiwan

Dr Yahya Kiwan is a Senior Consultant Interventional Cardiologist with 35 years of experience in the field of Cardiology, especially in Interventional Cardiology for adults and children, including congenital, valvular and coronary intervention.

Dr Kiwan graduated in 1977 from Mosul Medical College in Iraq and then moved to London and spent five years training in medicine and got the MRCP degree. Then he moved and worked in Kuwait, Tunisia, UAE, NZ, and Australia. He has worked as a Consultant Cardiologist since 1991, and has been trained in Non-invasive, Invasive, and Interventional Cardiology since 1985 up till present, and has been a pioneer of Interventional Cardiac Procedures in many countries in the world, starting in Kuwait in 1987, in Tunisia in 1991, in Dubai in 1995, in NZ in 1997, and in Australia in 1999.
