Faisal Badri

Dr. Faisal Badri is Consultant General, HBP & Bariatric Surgeon with over 16 years of experience in the field of general surgery. He specializes in General Abdominal, Obesity and Metabolic, Abdominal Oncology, and Liver and Pancreas surgeries and Liver and Kidney Transplantation. His major achievements have been in Bariatric, Advanced Hepatobiliary, and Pancreatic surgeries.

Dr. Badri was the Head of the General Surgery, Hepatobiliary, and Liver Transplant Department at Rashid Hospital, Dubai. In the past, he was also the Director of Rashid Hospital’s Bariatric Surgery and Proctology Unit. As part of his academic interest, Dr. Badri is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Dubai Medical College for Girls.

Dr. Faisal graduated from Sweden, Gothenburg Medical University in 1994. Then after receiving his Swedish Board of post graduate specialty from Sahlgrenska University Hospital in General Surgery, followed by a super specialization of Hepatopancreatic Biliary Surgery and Liver and Kidney Transplantation.
