Dr. Gurdeep Singh

Dr. Gurdeep Singh, originally from India, graduated with a Bachelor degree in Medicine with honors. After finishing a three-year ophthalmology residency followed by a fellowship in Pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at the Aravind Eye Hospital the largest eye care system in the world. After finishing his fellowship he joined as a medical consultant in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus in Aravind Eye Hospital where he held a teaching post and gained advanced experience in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus and adult Laser Cataract surgery and Laser Lacrimal surgery.

He was working in the Mediclinic Group (Welcare Eye Centre and Mediclinic City hospital from 2007-2014) in the ophthalmology department as a consultant ophthalmologist with special interest in the Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. Before joining AL ZAHRA HOSPITAL ÀL BARSHA DUBAI he was working in City Centre Clinic and Day Care Centre from 2014 to 2018 June. Dr. Gurdeep has research and publication experience.

He has more than 30 international and several national publications in all peer review journals of ophthalmology. He has more than 17 years of ophthalmology experience and performed almost 10 thousand surgical procedures.
