Dr. Jacobs completed her apprenticeship in Neurology in Berlin in 2000 and worked as a consultant neurologist in various hospitals in Germany. During her time in Germany, Dr. Jacobs also helped develop a new hospital dedicated to the rehabilitation of neurological and neurosurgical disease.
