Joel Tiglao

Joel Tiglao graduated from Professional School of Massage Therapy and Allied Medical Course in the Philippines, he was certified by the Department of Health, Philippines in 2007.

After graduation he worked in various specialty locations such as alternative and massage clinics, health and wellness centers. He has also been involved in medical and community outreach.

In 2011, Joel moved to Dubai and worked in a Medical Spa with the physiotherapists, and cosmetic and internal medicine doctors. As part of the Orthosports Medical Center he has been involved in sports events. Joel uses various massage modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial and trigger points therapy, sports massage, reflexotherapy and other alternative modalities.

Skills

In 2015, Joel received a certification in sports and fitness massage from ETA College, Dubai. He has quality experience and has worked beside many physiotherapists and cosmetic and internal medicine doctors. He has also been involved in numerous sporting events as part of Orthosports Medical Center. Joel uses various methods that include kinesio taping, deep tissue massage, myofascial and trigger points therapy, sports massage, reflexotherapy and other alternative modalities. He is also a certified kinesio tape practionioner, in addition to being a certified rehab coach.

Interests

Joel has a keen interest in treating sports injuries, muscle issues, recovery and sporting event preparation.
