Dr. Kalpana Sengupta

Dr. Kalpana Sengupta completed her MD Pediatrics from Bombay University, DNB from National Board, DCH from CPS Mumbai and MRCPCH from RCPCH, UK. She has been an outstanding student with many awards and Gold Medal at University level. She has 22 years of experience in Paediatrics and her special areas of interest are Paediatric Nephrology and Intensive care.

She has a keen interest in education and has held various positions such as Associate Professor in Paediatrics at Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital For Children and Lecturer at Lokmanya Tilak Medical College, Mumbai. She was also a Research fellow in Paediatric haematology oncology department at BJWHC which is a prestigious premier institute for Child Health in Mumbai.

She is professionally registered with Maharashtra Medical Council and is a life member of IAP and Indian Paediatric Nephrology Group. She also served as the Secretary of Indian Paediatric Nephrology group. She has many publications in Indian and International Journals. She has organised and presented at many National and International Paediatric and Paediatric Nephrology Conferences.She has been working at NMC Deira Dubai since 2003.
