Magdy Gamal

Dr.Magdy Gamal is consultant spine surgeon, graduated from Ain Shams University 1990 and is devoted to spine surgery since 1994. Had training on spine surgery in Egypt, Europe and USA and he works as a professor of spine surgery at Ain Shams University,and is the head of spine unit at International Medical Center which is one of the biggest centers in Middle East, he is a member of national, regional and international spine societies, he used to be the head of AOSpine Egyptian Chapter, Head of AOSpine Education in Middle East,and Educational director at AOSpine international and is a faculty at many national and international spine courses and had been Chairing many training courses across the world.

He treats all spine problems including disc disease, degenerative spine, deformities and tumors and recently he started endoscopic surgery to remove diseased disc using endoscopy in awake and aware patients where no stitches are needed and the patient is operated under local anesthesia.
