To my surprise, everything about Dr. Munzer was different. The office was really clean. There was paperwork to fill out but it was simple and the receptionist was really friendly to help. There was some waiting until I got to see Dr. Munzer, however the experience was delightful. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do and afterward he explained to me what needs to be done at home. Didn't try to up sell me on anything unnecessary. Seems like a very experienced professional. Great work!
