I have the following symptoms: Blood pressure reading difference of around 10 points in left and right arm (right arm is lower). Brief spells of faintness every now and then. Tightness in the chest. I have been taking blood pressure medication for the past 4 years (Cozaar 50 - 1 tablet a day).

i heard about the Dr. Sandeep, some my friend told me he is very nice doctor and compitent , sir i need help i have pain on my left side when i reliese my gas then feeling better but the pain some time i did not feel and some time i felt, i did my ECG, Blood test in Kuwait hospital emergency they took my test and xray also and they gave me only omeprazole but i m not feeling well when i ate somthing then i feel pain and when i go for runing or walk i never feel pain during the running i feel pain only when i sat on my chear during the working time i dont have big salary and i dont know how much fees you have i want to check to you, so please sir advice me its a heart pain or only gastric pain i will wait your reply thanks
