Heroes don't wear caps, they wear gowns and they are named doctors... Dr. Tomamaso saved with with brilliance from an untolerable pain, changed a disc in spine and made me walk in just 1 day... it's not a miracle, it's a science and Dr. Tommaso is a great one... i will be appreciated to him my whole life

Amazing, kind, and compassionate Brain surgeon with accurate diagnosis. I was referred by a friend to Professor Tufo by a friend after 2 different diagnoses which both turned out to be misdiagnoses. I underwent minimal invasive surgery and my experience was excellent. my recovery was smooth and relatively short with excellent aftercare and followup. The Hospital environment and nursing staff were also excellent.

Both Dr Tufo and the hospital facilities exceeded my expectations. From the pre-op appointment through the surgery and beyond, I was treated with exceptional care.

I traveled from Europe for surgery due to long waiting lists in my country. Dr Tufo was amazing. He has an excellent gentle bedside manner and is very approachable, thoroughly explained the procedure in detail, then removed the tumor and rebuilt my spine. He also followed up with me regularly when I returned home. Highly recommend.

I traveled to Dubai for surgery of a brain tumor, and I can only say amazing things about this doctor. I am so happy. I am going to tell so many people in Nigeria about his treatment. The best surgeon in UAE and I thank him for my life.

I would highly recommend to anyone suffering from a brain or spine condition. He is an amazing European neurosurgeon “Dr. Tommaso Tufo” and this top notch facility with whom my elderly father has recently undertaken treatment for issues with both brain and spine, including hydrocephalus and a complex spinal surgery on three levels, after suffering a severe nerve compression in the neck area. My father was misdiagnosed for many years in different hospital here in dubai, with doctors telling us it was vertigo. He completely lost any enjoyment in life. Due to his continuous state of dizziness he stopped doing anything/everything and slept 18 - 20 hrs a day. In June 2022 an ENT specialist told us his middle ears are completely fine and suspected the issue was from his neck, recommended we immediately get him check at Neurospinal hospital. When we went to get him checked at that hospital we met with a neurosurgeon and a neurologist both of which confirmed he’s got an issue with his neck (but chalked it up to his elderly age) and advised the only thing they could do is physical therapy in hopes it can maybe help. We obviously took that recommendation and started with the new treatment plan. Someone had suggested for us to take a second opinion and see Dr. Tufo who is the Head of Neurosurgery at Fakeeh University Hospital immediately and it was the best advice. It only took Dr. Tufo 5 mins to diagnose my fathers issue, confirmed with supporting scans. But suggested to take a cautious approach and monitor both the compression and the hydracephalous over the next 3 months. I appreciated his professional and modest phased approach to treatment and consideration of all risks. My dad is 73, but with ongoing followup and care it was advised the compression was worsening with his neck so we decided to bring the surgery forward. The results were immediate and without any single complication or deficit. We are now two weeks post surgery and im so happy to see my dad up and moving again without dizziness or pain. I would highly recommend Dr Tommaso Tufo and for treatment of any brain and spinal issues, he is an excellent surgeon and a compassionate doctor.
