I was in Dubai to finalize a project, I was infected spite all the precautions.
I was send by DHA to the quarantine unit on 11-12-2020. With a Pos. Covid 19 result. Even with minor symptoms I was Mentally and physically
under stress. It took 15 days to recover totally and have a neg Test result.
But looking bach I think I was very lucky to end up in such a perfect Hospital. As well the Doctors, Nurses, Room service and all others from the Staff really perform a fantastic job. You deserve RESPECT with Capital letters. Thank you very much for having me, I will never forget it.

An outstanding hospital, better than the most in US. I am an American, visiting Dubai as my first stop of my Middle-East vacation. Unfortunately, I got pneumonia on my second day there. I checked in the emergency department, and got a room within 30 min. The doctor come to see me right away and performed all necessary tests to confirm the pneumonia, and admitted me to the hospital. I got a bed right away. It is a private room with shower (standard room), and sofas. The nurses are all very tentative and attended me whenever there is a change in my vital. I also have some pre-existing medical conditions, the doctor arrange a cardiologist and nephrology doctor for consultation. They are both very nice and very professional, and practiced in major US hospitals in the past. Everything is so professional. My daughter, who is a doctor in US, was with me the whole time, and both of us feel that the treatment I got is better than most of hospital in the US.

I had to go to the ER due to feeling very sick and getting worse. They were fast at getting me in a room and everyone I talked to was very kind, polite, and friendly. Anytime I needed something, they were quick to help me. I have horrendous veins, but the lab tech was able to get blood drawn right away and when my nurse had to start my IV, he was awesome at getting that on the first try :)
Definitely a great visit as far as an ER visit goes.

Great hospital, with some of the best doctors in town. Although our family lives quite far from where American Hospital is, we still drive down there for all our medical needs. 5 stars!!

One of Dubai’s most respected healthcare facilities. It’s the only hospital our family goes to. I have had both my daughters delivered at their highly renowned maternity ward, my father-in-law had his abdominal surgery done at AH and so far I haven’t heard any complaints. They hire some of the best doctors in the region and besides the fact that we live at the opposite end of Dubai, all else about the American Hospital is just great.

I’m new to Dubai and my little boy had a roaring temperature with uncontrollable sickness a few weeks back. He couldn't even keep water down so I took her on a friends recommendation to American Hospital as it was a pretty reachable from our home. We were seen immediately - admitted and cared for beautifully. They are great in an emergency.

From the moment he was admitted and then later intubated, the nurses and the doctors showed not only the highest level of medical professionalism but also genuine compassion and kindness.
